At a glance

We collect information you choose to provide and standard website usage data. We use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google, Meta, and TikTok tools. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising-related disclosures may be treated as "sharing," a "sale," or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws, and applicable opt-out rights are described below.

01 Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NeuroLab Marketing LLC ("NeuroLab," "we," "us," or "our"), a Tampa, Florida marketing agency, handles personal information in connection with neurolabmarketing.com, its related pages, website forms, scheduling flows, and other interactions that begin through the website (collectively, the "Site").

This policy primarily covers website visitors, prospective clients, and people who contact us through the Site. If you become a client, additional privacy, confidentiality, data-processing, or security terms may be contained in a separate services agreement, statement of work, data processing addendum, or other written agreement. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.

02 Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you complete a contact or strategy-call form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, the services you are interested in, whether you are currently running paid advertising, and anything else you choose to include in a free-text response.

When you schedule a call, we may receive scheduling details such as the selected date and time, time zone, meeting details, and information you provide through Calendly. We also collect information you send us in later emails, calls, meetings, or other communications.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our technology providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, links or buttons clicked, date and time of activity, session information, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, campaign parameters, and conversion or attribution data.

We may combine this information with other information described in this policy where permitted by law.

Payment and transaction information

If online payment options are made available, payment information may be collected and processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Klarna. We may receive transaction details, payment status, billing contact information, and similar records, but we generally do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from scheduling, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, embedded media, and payment providers when you interact with those services or with our campaigns. This can include Calendly, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, HubSpot, Klaviyo, YouTube, Stripe, and Klarna.

03 How we use information

We do not currently use a website form submission by itself to enroll you in promotional email or SMS marketing. If we offer marketing communications in the future, we will provide any consent and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

  • Respond to you: answer inquiries, review your needs, prepare for strategy calls, and communicate about potential or active engagements.
  • Operate the Site: provide core functionality, maintain forms and scheduling, troubleshoot issues, and keep the Site secure.
  • Understand performance: analyze traffic, content performance, conversion paths, and how visitors use the Site so we can improve design, messaging, and user experience.
  • Advertising and measurement: measure campaigns, build or evaluate audiences, attribute conversions, and support advertising or retargeting through platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, subject to applicable law and your available choices.
  • Manage business operations: maintain CRM records, administer client and prospect relationships, process payments, maintain accounting records, and protect our legal and business interests.
  • Comply with law: respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, detect abuse or fraud, and meet regulatory or legal obligations.

04 Cookies, pixels, analytics, and embedded media

The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies can remember preferences, measure traffic, understand how visitors use the Site, attribute advertising results, and support advertising on other platforms.

  • Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and usage.
  • Google Ads tracking to measure advertising and conversions.
  • Meta Pixel and related Meta technologies for campaign measurement, audience insights, and advertising.
  • TikTok Pixel and related TikTok technologies for campaign measurement, audience insights, and advertising.
  • YouTube embeds, which may allow Google/YouTube to receive device or usage information when embedded content loads or is played.
  • HubSpot and Klaviyo for customer relationship, contact, workflow, or related business functions.
  • Calendly for scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Stripe and Klarna where payment or financing functionality is offered.

Your cookie choices

Where available, you can manage non-essential tracking through the Site's Cookie Settings. You can also use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking some technologies may reduce Site functionality or affect embedded content.

Traditional "Do Not Track" browser signals are not standardized. Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process it as required by that law.

05 How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to the categories of recipients below when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Service providers and contractors: hosting, website infrastructure, scheduling, CRM, analytics, communications, security, professional services, and other vendors that support our operations.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok that receive device, identifier, activity, attribution, or related information through their technologies.
  • Payment providers: such as Stripe and Klarna when you use payment or financing functionality.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, or consultants where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety recipients: government authorities, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Business transaction recipients: a buyer, investor, lender, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
  • At your direction: other parties when you ask us to share information or intentionally interact with a third-party feature.

06 Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, privacy laws in some states use broader definitions of "sale" or "sharing." Our use of advertising pixels, cookies, and similar technologies may result in the disclosure of identifiers, device information, or internet activity to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, campaign measurement, or targeted advertising. Depending on the law that applies to you and to us, those activities may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

Where you have an applicable right to opt out, you may use the Site's Cookie Settings where available or contact us at hello@neurolabmarketing.com. We may need to verify or interpret your request based on the law that applies.

07 Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, maintain prospect or client records, provide services, keep appropriate business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we collected it.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or retain it in a form that is no longer reasonably capable of identifying you, subject to backup, archival, legal, and technical limitations.

08 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using reasonable care when sending information online and should avoid submitting highly sensitive information through general website forms unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.

09 Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to NeuroLab, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising; to limit certain uses of sensitive information; and to appeal a decision on a privacy request.

To make a privacy request, email hello@neurolabmarketing.com and describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification from you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right provided by applicable law.

California and similar U.S. state rights

If an applicable state privacy law covers our processing, you may have specific rights to know or access categories and pieces of personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information subject to exceptions, obtain data portability, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. California law also recognizes qualifying Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out mechanism for covered businesses engaged in sale or sharing.

We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a separate right to limit under California law, and we ask that you not submit highly sensitive personal information through the Site unless necessary.

10 Children

The Site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@neurolabmarketing.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites, social networks, scheduling tools, payment services, videos, or other services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy terms of any third party you choose to use.
